Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Assembly to join their team. As a Warehouse Assembly, you will be part of the Production Department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Assembly Location: Centerville, IA Pay Range: Shift: First Shift (6:40AM - 3:00PM) What's the Job? Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to standard work procedures. Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling and safety compliance. Conduct visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery. What's Needed? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. High school diploma or GED preferred; entry-level experience acceptable. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods. Strong attention to safety and quality standards. What's in it for me?
