We are looking for aProduction Supervisorsto join Kaiser Aluminum Warrick Operations inNewburgh, Indiana!What’s in it for you!Competitive compensation program!Additional compensation for off-shift schedules!Benefits program starting day 1 of joining Kaiser Warrick Operations!You will be responsible for:Production Line Support - leading all activities on assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.Continuous Improvement- we couldn’t do it without your owner’s mindset, and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA and LEAN.Direction and Servant Leadership- lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.Safety First- our values are important to us. Having a “safety first” approach is a key element for success.The ability to work a full shift, promptness and availability to work overtime as needed.Work and perform according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.Ability to work off-shift as requiredWhat you’ll bring:High School Diploma or GED2 years' experience in a technical supervisory roleProven knowledge of leading safety and/or quality programs & processesDemonstrated leadership in a manufacturing settingThe ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and executionIt would also be great if you had: Experience in Metal Manufacturing IndustryStrong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAPBS/BA and significant related experience We are an equal opportunity employer.
