The ideal candidate will have astrong work history with demonstrated tenure, provenTax Credit housing experience, and excellent leasing and resident service skills. This role requires someone who is amultitasker, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), and highly organized, with experience handlingrecertificationsand administrative functions while maintaining professional, resident-focused service.
