Key Responsibilities Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, and weed controlAssist in seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow shoveling, salting, and plowing support during winter monthsOperate landscape equipment such as push mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand toolsFollow safety procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesSupport your crew and Team Leader by communicating clearly and working collaborativelyLoad, unload, and transport tools and materials between job sites as neededMaintain a clean, professional appearance on all commercial client propertiesReport equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions to your supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred2 years of experience in landscape or grounds maintenance (preferred but not required)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor workWillingness to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)Basic understanding of landscaping tools and maintenance proceduresTeam-oriented attitude with strong communication skillsValid Ohio driver’s license preferredPunctual, dependable, and eager to learn new skills Benefits Hourly Pay: $17-$19/hour, based on experiencePerformance BonusesPaid Time OffCareer Growth Opportunities — potential advancement to Team Leader or beyondCompany-Provided Uniforms and ToolsSupportive team environment and professional development Schedule Full-Time: Monday - FridayWinter hours may fluctuate depending on snow events and seasonal demand Location Onsite at commercial properties throughout OhioOutdoor fieldwork with regional travel as required Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
