Production Specialist-(25000056)DescriptionThis position supports the Service Center operations team by fulfilling orders for both stock material andfabricated pieces. As a member of this team, responsibility and work is shared to deliver a quality producton schedule. As a code shop, attention to detail is expected to adhere to ASME requirements. Experiencein all areas of fabrication is not expected, but ability to learn new skills is mandatory.Locates tube stock on shelf and delivers to proper location in shopSets up and operates tube sawing operationReads drawings and tape measure to determine proper length during sawing operationUses handheld milling machine to prep tube ends for weldingSets up and operates cold and hot bending machinery for bending processSets up and operates swaging machineryPerforms own inspections using common inspection tools sketches and layoutsCreate sketches and layouts on tables and floors to be used for inspectionDetects and reports faulty operations and defective materialKeeps work areas, machinery, and equipment clean and orderlySupports maintenance of quality records and code documentationPerforms welding operation, as needed, using GTAW, SMAW, GMAWMaintains on-call status 24/7 on a rotating basisQualificationsThree years in a manufacturing environmentMust work well with othersWelding experienceSome experience reading drawingsAble to use common inspection toolsMust work with little direction from supervisorAbility to give directions to others as requiredMust possess basic computer skillsHighschool Education or GEDMust possess a valid Ohio driver’s licensePrimary Location:US-OH-CopleyWork Locations:Copley, OH (100)3333 Copley RdCopley44321Job:ProductionOrganization:Global Parts & ServicesJob Posting:Oct 16, 2025Remote Status:On Site
