This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and enjoys mentoring others while growing sales and customer relationships.About the RoleAs the Sales Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role overseeing a team of four: 1 Buyer - responsible for sourcing and procurement2 Sales Representatives - driving external and internal sales growth1 Customer Service Representative - maintaining excellent client communication and satisfaction You’ll coach, train, and mentor your team to reach and exceed goals, while actively building new client relationships within the foodservice and retail produce sectors.
