Electrical Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Electrical About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects from start to finish. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control. Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Communicate project status, risks, and updates to clients and senior leadership. Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and purchasing teams to secure materials and equipment. Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of project management experience in the electrical or construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. Schedule & Work Environment: Full-time position; schedule may vary based on project needs.
