We have an exciting opportunity in our Lakewood Ranch Call Center Team!Our Customer Service Representatives help our customers when they have questions about their policies - limited sales involved!This is an In-Office position which is located at 8430 Enterprise Cir, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202Hours: M-F 8am-5pm EST - No weekendsPay: $18/hrBenefits start day one! How you'll make an impactYou’ll be answering the phone and emails from our customers when they have questions issues around their insurance policies.This isn’t your typical call center job, as you might need to investigate issues and research problems to make sure our customers questions are answered correctly and meet a successful and accurate resolution. This of course may mean you need to follow up once you have all the information you every interaction you’ll demonstrate outstanding listening skills while providing excellent customer service.
