Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.The Boiler Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and managing processes within the Boiler Department, including both operations and production. The Boiler Services Coordinator will work closely with the parts coordinator and service dispatch to assist the field personnel and sales team members. Additionally, this role involves working closely with the boiler management team to achieve goals related to increasing productivity and reducing costs.Manage and distribute all AWR opportunities and assist with AWR follow upsManage all incoming sales leads and inquiries, distribute as necessaryManage the open projects, PM services, service contracts, etc. within the boiler divisionWork closely with the Quality Control Manager to ensure all code packages are maintained and tracked properly with NBIC and state agency.Assist in the creation and implementation of processes to increase productivity including, but not limited to:Sales Estimating Procedures Operational ProceduresProduction ProceduresSafety ProceduresTraining ProceduresMaintaining R stamp certificationEnsure that project schedules are maintained with the appropriate personnel.Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure the accuracy of pricing, proposals, purchase orders, and quotes.Provide any assistance required in any of the areas of business including sales, operation, production and training on an as-needed basis.Lead weekly Operational Status meetingsPerform customer support and other duties as needed.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in the various disciplines of the Boiler Business such as Sales, Operation, Production and Training.Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience dealing with customers.Professional attitude and demeanor; problem solving and prioritization skills.Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 software products.Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Must have an understanding and a commitment to EMCOR’s safe working practices.As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
