The Business Services Administrative Assistant is a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the Estimating department.Assisting the Sales and Estimating team in communicating with the customers and updating the CRM as neededEntering data and creating new opportunities in the CRMSorting papers, creating folders & filing as neededAnswer phone calls and directing calls to appropriate partiesRespond to inquiries from customers, Sales Representatives and EstimatorsWork with the Sales Operations team in improving and implementing new processes to increase workplace productivity and ensure smooth operationsOther administrative duties as neededHigh school diploma required. One to three years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferredDiscretion and maturity required to maintain confidential informationIntermediate computer skills required; Outlook email, Word, Project, ExcelExcellent communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsDetail, goal and quality orientedAbility to multi-task and work in fast-paced environmentsTeam oriented with proven success with interpersonal relationships and experience with a variety of personalities and backgrounds in in the workplaceSalesforce experience preferred, but not requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
