We’re currently aligning talent for a Commercial Lines Account Manager opportunity within their collaborative and client-focused team.This is an opportunity to join a respected organization known for its integrity, stability, and commitment to delivering exceptional service and tailored coverage strategies to businesses of all sizes.How You’ll Drive ImpactAs a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a diverse book of business, guiding clients through risk management decisions, and ensuring their coverage aligns with long-term goals. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and partner—balancing analytical detail, relationship management, and operational excellence to help clients protect and grow their businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary consultant for a high-profile and complex portfolio of commercial clients.Partner with Producers to coordinate coverage placements, prepare proposals, and participate in client meetings and presentations.Support new business development through proactive service delivery and responsiveness to client needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders.Manage customer files, billing, renewals, and claims processing using agency management systems.Review and analyze policy coverage, identifying opportunities to strengthen client protection and reduce risk.Ensure all activity complies with laws, regulations, and agency standards while seeking opportunities to enhance internal processes.Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.About YouYou’re an experienced insurance professional who combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to client success. You take pride in your ability to simplify complex coverage, foster lasting relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.QualificationsActive Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain).5+ years of experience managing commercial accounts; familiarity with alternative risk or captive products preferred.Strong understanding of commercial lines and coverage structures.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional designation (CIC, CPCU, etc.) preferred.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementAvenica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
