Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking dedicated Behavioral Technicians to work in school settings across the Greater LA area. Your role will be essential in helping students thrive both academically and socially. ?? What Youu2019ll Be Doing: + Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in classrooms and other school environments + Implement behavior intervention plans and IEP goals (training provided) + Assist with social-emotional learning and skill-building activities + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families + Document progress and maintain confidentiality + Support students in various settingsu2014classroom, playground, sensory room, and more ? What Youu2019ll Need: + High school diploma or equivalent (required) + Mandarin speaking (required) + ABA Experience (required) + Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) + CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate (as applicable) + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Must be at least 18 years old ??
