MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES MIDLEVEL II SUPERVISOR Salary: $27 - $30 / Hour Position Description: The Assistant Behavior Analyst or Midlevel Supervisor is a trained individual who provides clinical support and case management to behavior technicians and clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: u00b7 Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA u00b7 Oversees the work of Behavior Technicians as assigned by Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) or Operations Leader u00b7 Conducts face-to-face case and Behavior Technician supervision for assigned caseload u00b7 Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments u00b7 Trains Behavior Technicians in implementation of behavior change plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals u00b7 Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of behavior change plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals u00b7 Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in updating behavior change plans including current progress on behavior goals and skill acquisition goals u00b7 Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness of behavioral programs under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) u00b7 May conduct skill enhancement training for Behavior Technicians u00b7 Provides behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral disorders as outlined in the behavioral change plan u00b7 Performs other duties as assigned/necessary Minimum Requirements: u00b7 Bilingual - English and Spanish u00b7 Must have a completed master's degree in social work, human services, drug and alcohol, education, counseling, psychology, or criminal justice.
