Business Systems Analyst

Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Roslyn, New York. In this role, you will oversee the effective management and optimization of Yardi systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and technical teams to drive system improvements and support business needs. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the buildout and enhancement of Yardi systems, including the creation of customized reports and functionality. u2022 Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all users and business operations within the organization. u2022 Collaborate with the in-house Data Systems Manager and external IT vendors to address system and infrastructure requirements. u2022 Provide technical support for system setups, including workstations, Wi-Fi configurations, and software rollouts. u2022 Offer system assistance to portfolio offices across multiple locations, with occasional reimbursed travel. u2022 Identify and implement process improvements through technology-driven initiatives in collaboration with leadership. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain operational stability and efficiency. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 3u20135 years of experience in business systems management or administration. u2022 Advanced proficiency with Yardi systems is required. u2022 Strong understanding of business systems, data integrity, and reporting processes. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree preferred but not mandatory. u2022 Industry experience in real estate is strongly preferred; familiarity with affordable housing is a significant advantage. u2022 Ability to work on-site approximately 90% of the time, with occasional travel between locations. u2022 Familiarity with project management and technology-driven process optimization.
