No County Livingston Street Address 1 College Circle City Geneseo State NY Zip Code 14454 Duties Description The SUNY Geneseo Facilities Department is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join their team as a Maintenance this position, youu2019ll be responsible for assisting the Lock shop in maintaining campus security with a variety of locksmith tasks. These tasks include:-maintaining and replacing lock & keying system-cutting keys-installing, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining electronic door locking devices-following troubleshooting procedures for identifying defects Minimum Qualifications Two years of full-time experience in locksmith work under the supervision of a skilled tradesperson; OR completion of a two-year technical school course in locksmithing at a school, institute, or branch of the Armed Services; OR an equivalent combination of experience and training gained by completion of appropriate technical courses in locksmithing at a school, institute, or branch of the Armed Services.When required to operate motor vehicles, candidates must possess a valid New York State driveru2019s license appropriate for the type of vehicle to be operated.Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship.
