Clinic-Based Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) _Full-time_ _Phoenix, AZ_ Iu2019m partnering with a long-standing therapy and education organization offering integrated OT, ABA, and Speech Therapy services across the Valley. This clinic-based OTA role supports a pediatric caseload (ages 5u201312), providing direct therapy under a licensed OT while collaborating with BCBAs, SLPs, and classroom staff. Sessions focus on sensory regulation, fine and gross motor skills, handwriting, and emotional development to help students achieve meaningful progress. What Youu2019ll Do + Provide direct and consultative OT services and document sessions in a timely manner. + Support individualized therapy goals, adapt activities, and maintain accurate progress records. + Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on treatment plans. + Maintain professional communication with families and caregivers. Qualifications + Associateu2019s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. + Active Arizona OTA license (Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners). + AHCCCS eligibility for Medicaid billing and valid fingerprint clearance card. + Experience with pediatric or behavioral populations preferred.
