If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to grow your career with an industry leader, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** - Client Communication (internal and external).- Project Proposal Preparation & Invoicing.- Oversight of field and office teams, comprised of project surveyors, cad technicians, and field crews.- New Business Development combining existing clients with Colliers Engineering & Design's diverse Land Survey & Measurement Service lines which include: 3D High Definition Laser Scanning, Mobile Lidar Mapping, Rail Surveying, GPS and Conventional Surveys. **Qualifications** - Comprehensive understanding of field survey operations, along with a deep knowledge of the engineering and construction industry- Possess a strong technical background in conventional survey and remote sensing technologies- Strong property line/R.O.W. experience- NYC public agency experience a plus- Professional Land Surveyor License required.- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation.- Experience with Trimble and/or Leica equipment and software- Experience in projects utilizing 3D scanning a plus- 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description.- Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.- A valid drivers license is pensation: $99,600 to $153,000 per year (depending on qualifications) **What We Offer** At Colliers Engineering & Design, our people are our most important resource.
