Job Summary: The Director of Third-Party Compliance leads Compass Group North Americau2019s third-party compliance program, advancing integrity, transparency, and accountability across all client and vendor relationships. This role oversees due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing oversight of third-party engagements, including vendors, contractors, consultants, and temporary staffing partners. The Director of Third-Party Compliance plays a critical role in managing risk, supporting growth, and strengthening Compass Group North Americau2019s ethical and anti-corruption standards throughout its networks. Partnering closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations, this leader builds and drives third-party compliance processes that uphold Compassu2019 values, align with internal policies, and meet global regulatory expectations. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead Compass Group North Americau2019s third-party compliance program, establishing policies, processes, and governance for client and vendor relationships. u2022 Oversee third-party due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing monitoring to maintain high compliance and ethical standards. u2022 Manage and refine processes related to RFP support, vendor selection, Compassu2019 audit of third parties, and contract compliance, embedding risk-based assessments throughout the third-party lifecycle. u2022 Direct the coordination and submission of surveys, questionnaires, and external audits requested by clients and regulatory bodies, delivering accurate and timely responses. u2022 Oversee temporary staffing compliance, including vendor verification, background screening, and adherence to Compass Groupu2019s employment and engagement standards. u2022 Lead the companyu2019s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) program for third-party activities, implementing robust controls designed to prevent misconduct, conflicts of interest, and unethical behavior. u2022 Manage Third Party Integrity Due Diligence activities, utilizing data-driven tools to assess, monitor, and mitigate risks within the third-party portfolio. u2022 Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Risk, and Sector leadership to promote consistent third-party compliance practices across all business units. u2022 Manage and develop compliance professionals dedicated to third-party governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred. u2022 Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, procurement, or supply chain governance, ideally within a large, matrixed organization. u2022 Strong knowledge of third-party risk management, due diligence programs, and compliance frameworks such as the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and related global standards. u2022 Skilled in identifying risk and building practical, scalable compliance solutions. u2022 Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders and drive accountability. u2022 Experience working in a high-volume, decentralized, multi-jurisdictional organizations a plus. u2022 Collaborative, pragmatic, and values-driven professional who brings judgment, initiative, and business acumen to every decision. u2022 Willing to travel from time to time and perform other duties as directed.
