We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Plumbing Journeymanto join our team. Plumbing Journeymen Responsibilities: Responsibilities as outlined below and additional duties as required. Complete Plumbing repairs, maintenances, installations, service calls for both commercial and residential customers, diagnose and repair. Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business. Maintain a clean, organized job site as well as inventoried truck. Train and mentor helpers to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations Be accurate and timely with all paperwork Required Skills/Abilities Strong communication skills, both verbally and written Ability to relay information to clients in layman's terms Hardworking mindset Detail-oriented and organized Positive, can-do attitude Safety first mindset Can easily adapt to a change of circumstance or environment Great attitude with a dedication to quality work Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3-5-year experience preferred Valid driver's license and a good driving record EPA Certification OSHA 10 Please note the selected candidate will be required to submit to full pre-employment background and drug screening.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
