Role Overview: Working together, supporting your team, and reaching high-end for the best in a high-volume, high-paced environment is second nature to you.Sodexo's Campus Segmentis seeking anExecutive Chef 2atLehigh University (LU), a private research university in Bethlehem, PA.As the Executive Chef, you will provide culinary leadership for campus dining operations, including menu planning, food safety, and staff management. You’ll work directly with the retail director and campus partners to deliver innovative, student-centered dining experiences while maintaining Sodexo’s standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. What You'll Do: Lead theculinary operationsfor all catering events, from large-scale productions to intimate, high-end dinners.Managepurchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and production forecasting.Ensure compliance withSodexo culinary standards, recipes, and food quality expectations.Overseefood safety, sanitation, and workplace safetystandards.Develop, train, and motivate the culinary team to achieve excellence and embrace innovation.Partner inmenu planning, labor scheduling, and marketing initiatives.Provide anexceptional customer service experienceto students, faculty, and guests What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
