Job Skills / Requirements General Responsibilities:The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of building maintenance services to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of facility systems. This role includes troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, and fire safety systems, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing repair requests as needed. Schedule:Monday - Friday, 5AM - 1:30PMMonday - Friday, 3PM - 11:30PMPay Rate: $30 - $35/hourEssential Functions:Conduct regular inspections and perform necessary adjustments and repairs on stall, repair, and maintain locksmith systems to ensure security and functionality.Perform comprehensive inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal spect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including lighting controls, energy management systems, and breaker boxes.Conduct inspections and maintenance on fire safety systems to ensure compliance and operational readiness.Replace ceiling tiles, perform minor carpentry and painting tasks, handle plumbing issues, and conduct general facility repairs.Document work orders and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.Perform routine housekeeping and inspections on exterior roofs to maintain building integrity.Address and resolve electrical issues, including lighting management and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) electrical troubleshooting.Assist with filter changes, system inspections, and other HVAC maintenance tasks to support HVAC maintenance efforts.Assist with maintaining inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment to ensure readiness for maintenance tasks.Adhere to client’s safety regulations, legal restrictions, and building codes.Assist with setting up and breaking down events.Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift.All other duties as assigned.Skills & Experience:While not mandatory, proficiency in English is highly recommended to perform the responsibilities of this role effectively.
