General Maintenance Worker 1st Shift - Mon. - Fri. - 6:00 am - 3:30 pm $22.00/hour Our client, a leading organization in facility maintenance and building support services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance Worker to join their team in Green Bay, WI. As a General Maintenance Worker, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the ongoing safety, functionality, and upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: General Maintenance Worker Location: Green Bay, WI Pay Range: $22 Shift: Mon. - Fri., 6:00 am - 3:30 pm What's the Job? Fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings Paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Support emergency tasks as needed to ensure safety and operational continuity Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Assist in emergency response and support tasks related to facility safety What's Needed? Ability to pass background check and drug test Comfortable wearing safety gear such as bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong work ethic and reliability Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems What's in it for me?
