General Laborer

Our client, a leading manufacturing and production organization, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, working closely with supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, adaptable, and a team player, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: General Laborer Location: Elk Rapids, MI Pay Range: $16.20 per hour, depending on experience Shift: What's the Job? Assist in multiple production areas based on operational needs Sort fruit and prepare materials for processing Operate machinery such as fillers, closing machines, and push cans Break down boxes and maintain a clean work environment by sweeping and squeegeeing floors Work on production lines or labeling lines as required What's Needed? Reliability and dependability The ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday Willingness to work as part of a team and assist others Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a production or labor role is a plus What's in it for me?
