Responsibilities Manage food and beverage operations Master the tasks required of principals and counter servers Create and maintain a food and beverage budget Lead team in providing exceptional customer service Create menus while taking into account budget, customer demands, and availability of ingredients Hire, train, and manage staff Establish goals and KPIs Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management Ensure that employees follow all store policies and procedures Counsel employees regarding job performance Any other tasks require for operational Qualifications High school diploma/GED ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure Excellent management and leadership skills
