protection.This high-profile enterprise role focuses on ensuring the successful design and implementation of leader development experiences that support in role, transition and readiness at the Manager of Manager and Manager of Individual Contributor levels.This role has strategic oversight for the development of top talent as well as ensuring the successful onboarding and assimilation of managers new to the company and newly promoted.Working as part of our FM Learning Academy, this role involves senior level leaders and managers across the organization to understand their development needs and develops a range of interventions to support their ongoing development.This role contributes to the implementation of the company’s enterprise leadership development strategy including fostering and sustaining a leadership culture and increasing our leadership bench for key succession roles at mid and senior leadership levels of the organization.Schedule and LocationThis is a full-time exempt position, office-based in Johnston, RI. 25% of domestic and international travel is required annually.Provides program management oversight including the design and implementation of a suite of leadership development experiences to support in role, transition and readiness at the manager of manager, manager of IC, high potentials and those aspiring to manager and leadership rolesPlan and deliver leadership development activities which incorporate a variety of learning methodologies to ensure that our managers and high potentials are equipped with the skills and capabilities required to embed a high-performance culture across teams, functions, and operationsImprove understanding of our organizational leadership competencies and support leaders and managers in ensuring that they demonstrate the desired behaviors consistentlyAssist in the development of coaching as a key leadership style by ensuring that coaching principles and skills are built into leadership and management development programsDevelop and maintain an emphasis on internal learning with strategic use of external partners where appropriateApply an evidenced based approach to various modalities of learning and development for leaders at the manager of manager and manager of IC levels including high potential developmentImplement assessment methodology to learning interventions to ensure individual, team and organization learning outcomes including where appropriate demonstrated return on investmentEstablish standards and practices to measure, track and report on learning effectiveness and overall business and learning impacts including utilizing industry data, trends and benchmarks where appropriateRequired EducationGraduate Degree: organizational psychology, adult learning, leadership development, management, organizational behavior, MBA, Med, MA, EMBA, PhD, EdD (a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a Graduate degree)Required Work Experience10+ years of experience required with the following:Experienced manager of people with 10+ years in leading the design, implementation and sustain of global management and leadership development programs and broader experiential learning development experiencesAbility to define leadership and management strategies to advance leadership capabilities at all levels of the organizationExperience in deploying internal coaching and mentoring programs across leadership levelsExcellent track record in delivering and sustaining business and learner relevant talent and organizational data to drive development solutions and assessment needsAbility to effectively lead, possessed experience in leading teams Knowledge of succession and talent development practicesAdvanced knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and possess experience in establishing program metrics, analyzing data and producing reports and dashboardsAbility to work independently whilst also supporting and drawing on resources across the wider departmentThe hiring range for this position is $134,080-$192,700 annually. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
