This highly visible position requires strong organizational skills, advanced reading comprehension skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role contributes to the success of real estate initiatives across the organization.Exhibit Leadership skills and collaborate across multiple teams to drive and improve processesLead and manage day-to-day leasing coordination activities, including data management, and communication with internal and external stakeholdersOversee the preparation and processing of leasing documentation in a timely manner such as Verbals and Final Lease abstractions, Amendments, and Storage agreements ensuring accurate data entry into systems like Power Bi and TangoAct as a liaison between corporate departments, property management, and external partners to facilitate information exchange and resolve issuesDevelop and maintain reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support real estate decision-makingManage landlord communications from deal initiation through execution, including license agreements, deposits, insurance, and coordination of retailer move-ins and move-outsMaintain the accuracy of vendor profiles and process lease-related invoices through financial systemsSupervise and support direct reports, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional developmentSupports the development and implementation of training tools and processesEmbraces change and drive new company initiatives with a focus on process improvement. Make recommendations to ensure process improvements align with organizational goalsBachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to work independently combined with a strong collaborative style of communication.Must have some knowledge of retail real estate including a broad understanding of finance, leasing and legalAbility to develop strategic solutions requiredPersuasion and conflict resolution skills requiredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsExcellent reading comprehension skillsAbility to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish prioritiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced work environmentStrong attention to detailExcellent PC, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft OutlookThe pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scopeand responsibilities of the position.$60,000 - $70,000
