ERP Implementation & Systems Integration Manager

Brinkmann Constructors is hiring an ERP Implementation & Systems Integration Manager to lead the enterprise-wide deployment of a new ERP platform and oversee its long-term optimization. Initially, this role will focus on the ERP implementation, then expand to support and manage all key system integrations across the company. Our passion is building.The ideal candidate combines ERP expertise, change management experience, and project leadership to guide both the technical and organizational transition to the new platform and ensure its ongoing success.Manage the ERP implementation from design through testing, go-live, and stabilizationDevelop and propose change management strategies to drive user adoption, communication, and training, coordinating with all partiesBuild partnerships with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure business process readinessServe as the liaison between implementation partners, vendors, and internal teamsManage integrations between the ERP platform and enterprise systemsWork within IT to ensure data integrity, system performance and securityMaintain a roadmap for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvementsCollaborate with leaders across all functional areas to align operations and reporting needsAnalyze, extract and translate business requirements into technical requirementsIdentify root cause for commonly occurring issues and recommend solutionsBe able to communicate effectively with a wide range of end users/business usersBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)5-8 years of experience managing ERP or large technology projectsDirect Workday or equivalent ERP experience preferredExperience leading change management and adoption strategiesStrong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilitiesStrong communication and project management skillsFamiliarity with Viewpoint is a plus, but not requiredAt Brinkmann Constructors, our passion for people means investing in their financial, mental, and physical well-being.
