Technical Support Specialist, Senior

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role is critical in supporting and optimizing enterprise collaboration and conferencing technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams, Cisco conferencing systems, and advanced AV solutions such as Crestron and Polycom Studio series.
