This is not your typical technician role—it's about offering value-driven solutions, ensuring customers’ systems run at peak performance, and closing sales that make sense for the customer’s needs.You'll combine your Plumbing expertise with sales techniques to identify opportunities for service upgrades, system replacements, and other solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. Your goal? To deliver excellent service while building long-lasting relationships and growing the business.Essential Job FunctionsDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliancesEnsure all work complies with industry standards and company protocolsEngage customers in meaningful conversations about their Plumbing systems, educating them on potential improvements, upgrades, or repairs that will benefit them in the long runIdentify and present Plumbing products and service recommendations based on customer needs and system analysis. Close sales for system upgrades, new equipment installations, and preventative maintenance plans.Establish rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions, handling objections with professionalism, and providing clear, honest advice.Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals, follow-ups, and actively seeking potential service or upgrade opportunities while on the job.Work closely with our dispatch and sales teams to ensure timely scheduling and seamless follow-up on leads or job opportunities.Meet and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining high standards of technical service.Essential Job RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty.
