Abacus Plumbing Air Conditioning & Electricalis currently seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Plumbing Service Managers are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, retention, recruiting, safety, vendor meeting and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers.The Plumbing Service Manager (PSM) role will support a group of field service plumbers (approximately 12 technicians). This is a uniformed position and the manager will be expected to spend 60% of their time in the field, and 40% in the office. The PSM will be responsible for the sales and quality control of their group.
