Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being.Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—mayvaryby position.Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HEREto discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.As a Food Attendant, you will,Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm or 7:00pm - 3:00am | Pay: $15 + opportunity to earn tipsProvides fast, friendly, and professional service to both guests and team members.Greets and welcomes each guest warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.Assists guests promptly at the food cart, taking orders and processing transactions accurately.Maintains proper documentation of orders, payments, and any special requests.Monitors product availability and communicates with team members to ensure items are stocked and ready.Keeps the food cart and surrounding area clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety standards.Supports dining room operations by assisting servers and bussers as needed (e.g., refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, attending to guest needs).Completes all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of shift.Promotes current casino events and programs, providing accurate directions and information to guests.Delivers a warm farewell by thanking guests, inviting them back, wishing them luck, and encouraging continued play.Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.Previous customer service experience in a high-volume operation preferred.Read, write, speak, and understand English.Excellent customer service/communication skills.Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
