Come, stay, and grow with us.We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our Cost Accounting team within a dynamic shared services environment. This role offers comprehensive training and growth opportunities expanding to support multiple locations in all aspects of cost accounting, including inventory management, standard costing and related processes.What You'll Be DoingPrepare, review, and post journal entries Maintain and update standard costsPrepare and review account reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurately stated Support internal and external audit requests Work in a team environment while supporting business units throughout the organization Maintain existing internal controls while looking for continuous improvement opportunities Develop, analyze, and present reports to management Manage projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned Indirectly supervise the work efforts of lower level or junior staff membersBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance CPA is a plus but not required2-3 years of experience Hands-on experience in financial accounting & reporting MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) SAP ERP experience highly desired Working knowledge of inventory and cost account, a plus Hyperion ESSBASE, a plus #LI-PP1 Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $72,800 - $95,550annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
