The replacement facility was opened in January 2013 and serves as a primary employer in the community. The facility offers inpatient and skilled nursing hospital visits, 24-hour emergency care, lab and radiology, outpatient surgeries and specialty clinics, and therapy services. The hospital includes a medical clinic onsite in addition to a clinic neighboring community.Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider - .9 FTE | Clinic + ED CoverageJoin a supportive, patient-focused team where you can truly make a difference.Provide a mix of outpatient and emergency care in a close-knit rural community.
