The CNC production operator will be responsible for operating CNC Lathes and Mills, interpreting parts prints, using manual gauging, and meeting production rates and quality standards is helpful; however, training is provided for qualified individuals.. This role is located in Lima, Ohio and will be fully on-site.Starting Pay: $25.32 - $26.82Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM (training period 7:00AM - 3:00PM)Pay Schedule: WeeklyCNC Production Operator Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.Set up machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials.Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently.Perform basic machine adjustments and offsets to maintain part quality.Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.Verify dimensions and surface finishes meet print or process requirements.Record inspection data and report deviations or defects promptly.Follow and maintain quality control procedures.CNC Production Operator Qualifications:High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plusMinimum 1 year CNC Maintenance ExperienceAbility to work unsupervisedAbility to comprehend verbal and written instructionsAbility to multitask job duties effectively and efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsJoining Wieland’s team gives you…Wieland is anequal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
