Position SummaryOur private dental office in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a personable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cosmetic Liaison to join our growing team. This key position is responsible for managing cosmetic dentistry leads, cultivating relationships with potential patients, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first inquiry through post-treatment follow-up. The ideal candidate thrives in a sales-driven, customer-focused environment and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences that reflect our practice’s high standards of care.Compensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 (plus sales incentives)Benefits Include:Paid holidays and PTO401(k) with company matchTeam bonus structureDental and medical benefitsProfessional Growth: Opportunities for training, advancement, and performance-based rewards.ScheduleFull-Time (Alternating Weeks):Week 1: Monday-ThursdayWeek 2: Tuesday-FridayOffice Hours:Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMTuesday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMFriday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PMIdeal CandidateWe’re looking for a confident communicator and proactive professional who takes ownership of the patient experience and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing team in a private dental office setting.Key Responsibilities:Lead Management & Sales:Respond promptly and professionally to all cosmetic dentistry inquiries via phone, email, and social mediaEducate potential clients on cosmetic treatments such as veneers, whitening, and Invisalign, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and clarityBuild trust and rapport with prospective patients to encourage consultations and treatment acceptanceProactively follow up with leads and track conversions through CRM or lead management systemsContribute to sales strategy discussions and identify opportunities for improved conversion and patient engagementCustomer Journey Management:Serve as the main point of contact throughout the patient’s cosmetic treatment journeySchedule consultations and coordinate appointments for the doctor and team membersEnsure patients are informed, prepared, and comfortable prior to their visitsOversee the entire experience from first call to final follow-up, guarantee satisfaction and consistencyBusiness Development:Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen referral networks and patient acquisition effortsIdentify new partnership opportunities and community outreach initiativesReview conversion data and patient feedback to refine outreach and marketing approachesFollow-Up & Retention:Conduct post-treatment check-ins to ensure patient satisfaction and build lasting relationshipsEncourage ongoing care and promote future cosmetic or restorative servicesCollect testimonials and feedback to support marketing initiatives and continuous improvementQualifications3-5+ years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (experience in the dental or cosmetic field preferred but not required)Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsProficient in multitasking, organization, and time managementFamiliarity with Dentrix or other dental software systemsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional demeanorEnthusiasm for aesthetics and patient-centered carePreferred SkillsKnowledge of cosmetic dental procedures (veneers, whitening, Invisalign, etc.)Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systemsUnderstanding of marketing and referral development strategiesINDHRFO03
