The primary location for this role is on our main campus, located on the SW side of Indianapolis, IN.Some of the ways we reward our remarkable Talent AcquisitionSpecialist...Starting Salary: $45,000Eligible for the Damar Advantage including discounts at Damar Health Services and Damar PharmacyComprehensive training in verbal intervention and physical management techniquesMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance optionsUp to $3,000 per year in Tuition AssistanceSave for your retirement with our 401(k) Plan ParticipationTake care of loved ones through our Damar provided Life Insurance and additional voluntary optionsShort-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance optionsPaid Holidays to spend time with loved onesPaid Time Off (PTO) for rest and renewalSome of the ways you will be making a difference...• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance to include creating and managing job postings, opening requisitions in the ATS, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting in-person applicant interviews, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, providing candidate summaries to hiring managers and extending offers of employment.• Proactive identification of talent using multiple techniques, including: job boards, Boolean keyword searches, college and university partnership, internal ATS, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs and other effective resources.• Consult and partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop position specific sourcing and recruitment plans and identify viable candidate pools.• Provide timely communications and feedback to hiring managers and candidates.• Maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking system to include moving candidates through the recruitment workflow, respond to candidate inquiries, and complete all required requisition fields to allow for accurate and timely reporting of processes. • Serve as a backup for on-boarding activities to include pre-employment background checks and agency specific verificationsWhat do you need to be considered...Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.1 to 3 years of professional sourcing and recruitment experience preferred.Previous experience working with HRIS and ATS systems preferred as well as proficiency with MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Essential Job Functions:Physical:Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.Vision:See in the normal visual range with or without correction.Hearing:Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.#DSCorporate
