Associate Systems Administrator - Onsite

This individual willbe an important member of the Infrastructure team, responsible for assisting in the administration of all enterprise-level systems and providing end-user support.Provide daily end-user and operational support; ensure positive resolution of help desk ticketsAcquire and install network and server hardware and software for the facilityEvaluate and recommend hardware and software acquisitions and upgradesParticipate in the establishment and maintenance of hardware and software standardsData backup and retention, network security and database administrationCreate and maintain a routine maintenance schedule for servers and other equipmentAdministration of phone system, FAX machines and copiersMaintain accurate records of software licensing and asset tracking of hardwareEnsure security of network and communications systems, and assist with disaster recovery preparedness and planningAssist with training and mentoring of other team membersRequiredMinimum 3 years of IT support experienceStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems on various PC and notebook configurationsProficiency in the administration of Active Directory and Office 365Hands-on experience with network equipment - Routers, SwitchesExperience utilizing one or more ticketing systemsAbility to handle multiple tasks, projects and assignments to meet established goals and deadlinesAbility to work in a high volume, high detail work environmentPreferredBachelor’s degree in a related technical fieldAbility to perform basic PowerShell scriptingAny experience supporting a manufacturing environment
