The role involves archiving and distributing inspection and test documentation, tracking action items, and ensuring QC documentation complies with regulatory requirements, including LAWA and LADBS. Additionally, the Quality Control Admin assists in managing the Quality Action Log, schedules and manages weekly QC and six-step meetings, prepares agendas and minutes, and attends meetings as directed. The position also supports the QC team by compiling daily reports and performing various tasks to help maintain efficient and compliant project operations., , Essential Duties:Utilize onsite inspection software daily to manage inspection activities, including receiving, reviewing, and submitting inspection requests in a timely manner; coordinate with Hensel Phelps and our trade partners for the submission and scheduling of inspections, and archive inspection requests while distributing results to both trade partners and the Hensel Phelps team., Receive, review, electronically archive, and distribute daily inspection reports from third-party inspectors, LAWA, LADBS, and any other authority having jurisdiction applicable to the project to ensure all team members are informed of relevant issues.Receive, review, electronically archive, and distribute test results., Archive and track buyout, pre-mobilization meeting, and preparatory meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and action items using our Quality Process Log.Archive and track action items from material, initial, follow-up, and final inspection documentation.Coordinate with the LAWA administrator and other onsite administrators to ensure QC documentation remains aligned with LAWA requirements and to support the overall process.Actively participate in managing the Quality Action Log, assisting with tracking LAWA and LADBS correction notices, special inspector issues, and other LAWA-related concerns., Manage designer reports by receiving and distributing design team reports, documenting action items and concerns in the Quality Action Log and communicating issues to the QC staff.Assist with collecting and compiling Hensel Phelps QC daily reports for the QC managerâs review and approval. Transmit/Distribute daily reports to LAWA.Schedule and manage QC meetings, including weekly QC meetings and six-step meetings, to ensure project compliance. Assist with creating meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing agendas and minutes promptly. Attend meetings as directed by the QC Manager.Provide support to the QC team with various tasks as needed to help maintain smooth project operations.
