Serve as a key member of TACCs user support staff, fielding technical questions from TACCs large user community.Collaborate with High Performance Computing (HPC) colleagues to resolve users issues and improve their experience.Employ software tools to understand trends and develop mitigation strategies for recurring issues.Conduct training, support technical documentation, and otherwise contribute to outreach initiatives intended to improve users understanding of tools and technologies available at TACC.Contribute to research initiatives intended to advance the state of the art in HPC and related disciplines.Contribute to team efforts to coordinate and deliver projects that improve the user experience at TACC and delivery high quality services to the scientific research community.
