Helpdesk Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team in Petaluma, California. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems and applications. As part of a non-profit organization, you will contribute to maintaining an efficient and secure IT environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide technical assistance for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals to resolve user issues effectively. u2022 Manage Active Directory tasks, including user account setup and maintenance. u2022 Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 operating systems and applications. u2022 Perform desktop imaging and ensure systems are properly prepared for deployment. u2022 Assist in managing Okta authentication and access control systems. u2022 Utilize ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and resolve service desk tickets. u2022 Support users with Office 365 applications and address any related concerns. u2022 Conduct regular maintenance and updates for workstations to ensure optimal performance. u2022 Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance user experience. u2022 Address technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions in daily operations. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related role. u2022 Proficiency in managing PC desktops and workstations. u2022 Hands-on experience with Active Directory for user account management. u2022 Strong knowledge of Windows 10 installation and troubleshooting. u2022 Familiarity with desktop imaging and deployment processes. u2022 Experience with Okta and Office 365 applications. u2022 Ability to work efficiently with ticketing systems to resolve support tickets. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
