Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee HR operations for a workforce of nearly 400 employees in Sunnyvale, California. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and managing various HR functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, and payroll. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. u2022 Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture. u2022 Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timely distribution of employee compensation. u2022 Administer benefit programs, including enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting employee inquiries. u2022 Maintain and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline processes and improve data management. u2022 Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization. u2022 Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with business objectives. u2022 Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. u2022 Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency. u2022 Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a strong foundation of organizational integrity. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management or a related field. u2022 Proven expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace environment. u2022 Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards. u2022 Experience with benefits administration, including enrollment and employee communication. u2022 Proficiency in managing payroll processes with attention to accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and ability to optimize system functionality. u2022 Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. u2022 Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
