Maintenance Technician

? Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations in a high-speed bottling facility. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure consistent production flow and product quality. ? Key Responsibilities + Perform routine and emergency maintenance on bottling line equipment, conveyors, pumps, and motors. + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. + Conduct preventive maintenance and document service activities. + Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications. + Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety standards. + Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues. ? Qualifications + 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment. + Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical systems. + Experience with PLCs, pneumatic systems, and automated machinery is a plus. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. + Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MANTECA, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
