As a CVS Health Corporate Intern you will participate in: u2022 Projects that contribute to the success of our business u2022 Community service activities u2022 Professional development workshops u2022 Mentorship and networking opportunities u2022 Interaction with senior leaders The Data Science internship experience is an 10.5 weeks full-time opportunity that starts on May 27th, 2026, and concludes on August 7th, 2026. This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the New York, NY or Wellesley, MA office location. The other 2 days each week may be worked remotely from home, another location, or youu2019re welcome to be in the office on those days as well. The hourly rate is $55/hr with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health. Sponsorship: Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs. Relocation: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. What you will do: u00b7 Work with analytics teams and our business partners to understand their goals and objectives u00b7 Use programming skills, predictive/statistical modeling and analysis to analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data, determine analytical approaches, and evaluate potential outcomes u00b7 Generate insights connecting analytical results with business problems/goals and present recommendations to internal teams and business partners u00b7 Help design programs/campaigns that improve the quality of health care, lower costs, and help our members and customers achieve their best health Required Qualifications: u00b7 Meet educational requirements (see Education section) u00b7 Knowledge of data science techniques including statistical analysis and modeling u00b7 Experience with R or Python u00b7 Experience with SQL u00b7 Internship or work experience in a related field Preferred Qualifications: u00b7 Excellent problem solving and critical thinking ability u00b7 Strong written and verbal communication skills u00b7 Ability to clearly present technical concepts and implications to both technical and non-technical audiences Education: u00b7 Currently pursuing a Masteru2019s degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 u00b7 Preferred majors include Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Health Data Science, Operations Research.
