Business Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Liverpool, New York. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone with a strong background in business processes and documentation. The role involves analyzing and improving workflows to ensure optimal performance across various projects. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. u2022 Create detailed documentation outlining workflows, business requirements, and process improvements. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate project requirements. u2022 Design and implement business process models to support organizational goals. u2022 Review existing documentation and update it to reflect current processes and standards. u2022 Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business planning and control mechanisms. u2022 Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. u2022 Facilitate meetings and workshops to communicate findings and proposed solutions. u2022 Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. u2022 Support the development of strategies to streamline business operations. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. u2022 Experience in business process design and documentation. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement. u2022 Experience in business planning and control methodologies. u2022 Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively. u2022 Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently. u2022 Familiarity with tools and software for documentation and process modeling. u2022 Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
