Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager u2013 Liverpool, NY Salary up to $110K Full-time On-site Mondayu2013Friday, 7:30 a.m.u20133:00 p.m. Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a leading global materials branding manufacturer to hire an EHS Manager for their growing Liverpool, NY facility u2014 the companyu2019s new North American hub for high-end licensed apparel embellishments for major sports and university brands (Professional & Collegiate) This is a highly visible, on-site leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the siteu2019s EHS programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate standards. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the Regional EHS Manager, youu2019ll be the sole driver of all EHS activity at the facility u2014 creating programs, fostering engagement, and building a proactive safety culture from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: + Lead all EHS functions across the site, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards. + Develop and execute safety, environmental, and health programs; manage permits and documentation. + Conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigations; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). + Manage Job Safety Analysis, PPE compliance, and contractor safety programs. + Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring, emergency preparedness, and site training. + Partner with Engineering and Maintenance to ensure EHS compliance for new equipment and projects. + Collaborate cross-functionally to close audit gaps, strengthen fire protection, and maintain customer audit readiness. Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. + 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment; OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) experience required. + Deep knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR standards, recordkeeping, and compliance reporting. + Experience managing internal and external audits and implementing CAPA plans. + Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 preferred. + Strong communication, leadership, and training skills; able to drive culture change and gain buy-in.
