Description Accounts Payable Specialist (Yardi) Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with hands-on experience using Yardi to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment cycles with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: + Process and code vendor invoices in Yardi + Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy + Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Maintain organized A/P files and assist with month-end close + Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (property management or real estate a plus) + Proficiency in Yardi required + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Knowledge of general accounting principles and Microsoft Excel + Excellent communication and follow-up skills Send a copy of your resume to Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
