Description We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Receptionist to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression. u2022 Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently. u2022 Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information or route inquiries appropriately. u2022 Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. u2022 Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing. u2022 Ensure communication is clear and effective in both English and Spanish. u2022 Monitor and manage office supplies inventory for the front desk. u2022 Collaborate with team members to support daily operations. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role. u2022 Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. u2022 Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. u2022 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment. u2022 Familiarity with basic office equipment and administrative procedures. u2022 A detail-oriented and customer service-oriented attitude.
