Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This is a contract to hire position that requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting administrative operations while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and records. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. u2022 Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence. u2022 Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. u2022 Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to create and manage documents and presentations. u2022 Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. u2022 Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. u2022 Support committees and public sector administrative processes, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and guidelines. u2022 Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills in handling daily challenges and responsibilities. Requirements u2022 Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. u2022 At least two years of experience in high-level administrative support roles. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to grammar and punctuation. u2022 Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain discretion in all interactions. u2022 Exceptional organizational and time management skills. u2022 Experience working with high-profile individuals and effectively managing relationships with attention to detail. u2022 Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in records and documentation.
