This role is critical to the organization,cohesionand functionality of your team, allowing you to make a difference at Cleveland Clinic every day. While you may not see how your work improves patient care, all you do isultimately pivotalin the ability for caregivers to continue providing exceptional medical support and attention.A caregiver in this position works 8:00am - 5:00pm.A caregiver who excels in this role will:Manage department personnel and operations, including staffing, training, workflowanalysisand performance management.Manage staffing to ensureappropriate allocationand compliance with goals andobjectives.Monitor quality and financial performance.Ensure compliance with government health regulations, JCAHO guidelines, qualityrequirementsand customer service standards.Recommend enhancement andcost savingstrategies.Resolve interdepartmental issues to ensure consistency in quality,procedureand policy application.Develop,monitorand implement programs to enhance customer service, developskillsand improve scope of service.Analyze programs and make improvements.Participate in meetings and relevant committees as assigned.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration orrelated fieldFive years of supervisory or management experience in arelatedsettingORMaster’s Degreeand four years of experiencePreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Healthcare experienceExperiencewithlogisticsrelated softwareExperience leading a teamof drivers or logistics personnel Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.Pay RangeMinimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).
