Finish Carpenters Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Finish Carpenters for commercial work in the Austin, Texas area. The pay range is $23-$28 per hour based on experience. All Carpenters are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. Ultimate LLC Finish Carpenter Job Duties + FRP Panel Installation + Installation of Cabinetry: Custom fitting and installation of high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and office cabinetry. + Installing Ticket Counters in airports + Wall Panel Installation: Precision installation of wood, laminate, or other paneling for aesthetic and functional wall treatments. + Installation of trim work, baseboards, crown molding, door casing, and window frames. + Ensuring Precision and Quality: Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials with exacting standards to ensure a perfect fit and finish. + Surface Preparation: Sanding, filling, and preparing surfaces for painting or staining. + Custom Woodworking: Occasionally crafting custom wood pieces to match specific project requirements. + Plastic laminate casework + installing steel in-wall brackets that mount to steel studs thru a fire Ultimate Finish Carpenter Requirements + 5+ Years of Experience + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade + Ability to perform regular standing, bending, and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance + Drug Test Required + Back Ground Check + OSHA 10 (Company Provided) Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC? + Weekly pay with Direct Deposit + Health Insurance + Dental and Vision Coverage + 401k + Paid Time Off + Referral bonus program + Pay increase based on quality of craftsmanship + Tool purchase Program + Hours log towards Journeyman or Masters License + PPE Reimbursement Program + Paid OSHA training + Long term work + ID theft protection
